About: Ala's twin sister by birth, she came back into Ala's life in the beginning of this year. She knew not where her sister was or whether her sister was even alive for many many years. Kalyai trains to become a member of the wisened council and is an apprentice to one of it's members and thus attends their meetings as an observer. Kalyai unlike her sister returned to their people, having been placed with a family who didn't reject her. Being with her own kind she learned and trained honing her powers and abilities. She didn't know whether or not her sister was dead from the day she didn't return until the day the guardian of the ruins informed the wisened council about a visitor to the ruins. The guardian's description of the visitor was too uncanny for Kalyai to ignore. Kalyai has been training to become a member of the wisened council for a large part of her life and is an apprentice to one of it's members and thus attends their meetings as an observer. Going to the ruins Kalyai decided to track this visitor. This tracking brought her to the Land of the Balan Levain to a shop. When she arrived she met a young man how acted very defensively about her having tracked someone down. After some conversation Kalyai seemed to confirm her suspicions when she learned the girl she had tracked down had a Plantar under the building which was the girl's mother's. The young man let her see the girl who had been asleep which confirmed her suspicions even further. Kalyai remained at the shop to meet the girl after she woke, spent some time then returned to her people for a while to report her findings. Kalyai returned to the shop several times to visit Ala , teach her about their kind and help Ala learn her abilities more. Several visits later she came again to witness Ala's marriage to Torvil. Of more recent as her test to become a full Wisen Kalyai has been living in the Village of Kazeha after going to it from speaking with Antidia and Kitoushi. Her job is to help the Kazehans to become the once strong race they used to be and renew the people's use of the Kerrsalian teachings the Kerrsalian once taught there. It is the man who made her come to Kazeha that she fell in love with, it was rather not expected but she did not care. They wed and now are expecting a child.
Much time has past and much has changed, Kal recently reconnected with Surion, visiting with him and talking about what happened with him and his mother.
