Ala got up leaving Torvil in bed, it was early yes but she had plans that she hadn't told Torvil and had avoided thinking about. She went to Surion's room and wasn't surprised to see him up and trying to get out of his crib

"Mama out" Surion said

Ala chuckled "I see my little man grew, well it's Dada's day so lets go get him up" she said

"Dada day?" Surion looked up at her curiously as he was lifted up

"Yup" She said taking him for a change and a potty trip before heading back and dropping him gently on Torvil's belly

"DADA WAKE!" Surion cried out excitedly

Torvil grunted. "Uh.... It's what..." He looked around for the alarm clock he'd recently installed on the nearby table. "8:00..." He mumbled. "Dada sleepy... come get him in an hour..."

"Nuuuu Dada Day!" Surion bounced, he was heavier then he had been the day before, not by much but enough to make a difference when bouncing

Ala stood to the side a hand over her mouth stifling her giggles

Torvil blinked. "Wha?" He grunted when Surion bounced. "Oh hey... you grew..." He smirked at his son. "Dada's day?"

"Dada day dada day" he giggled bouncing more

Ala giggled leaving the two to be once Torvil was awake and headed for the kitchen

Torvil chuckled and finally sat up so his stomach didn't cave. "So Surion... What can you tell me about Dada's day?"

Surion slid back onto his father's lap and blinked "Dada day ta'ay" he said not knowing what it was, but excited anyways

Torvil grinned. "We'll just have to ask your mother then... Where is she?" He shifted and slowly started to move out of the bed with his now larger son.

"Mama!" he called out looking around him

"Kitchen" came the call

Torvil chuckled and stood, carrying his slightly heavier son out towards the kitchen. "My... You did grow..." He grinned.

"Sur big sur big" he giggled and held his father's arm watching where they were going

Ala was in the kitchen, she had Surion's food ready o teh side but had set a place for Torvil, it was ready with his favorite breakfasty things and a flower in a glass

Torvil smiled and walked into the kitchen, he blinked at the place set for him. "What's the occasion?" He asked softly, bouncing Surion a little.

Ala chuckled "Didn't your son tell you?"

"Yeah, it's Dada's day... That doesn't make sense to me..." He murmured.

Ala chuckled and walked up to him taking Surion and putting him in his highchair before turning to look at him "Father's day, just like mother's day, cept for the father" she told him

Torvil blinked. "Well that still doesn't make sense..." He sat down and started to eat. "I mean, I understand mother's day... but what did the father do? Aside get the mother pregnant and support the family?" He tapped his chin. "I mean really... the mother does all the work... All the important stuff, like haul the child about and birth them..."

"And the father is there for them the entire way" she kissed his cheek "No arguing, it's father's day, the calendar says so" she said with a giggle

Torvil rolled his eyes. "Fine, you and the calendar win this round..." He murmured and smiled, pulling Ala closer for a soft kiss before he ate some more.

Ala purred softly returning his kiss

Torvil smiled and broke, finishing up his meal. "So what is the agenda for today?"

"Spend time with your son of course" Ala said with a chuckle feeding Surion who was eating greedily

Torvil chuckled. "Yes of course..." he grinned. "Anything else though?"

"After Surion is in bed for the night yes, but this is a day for the child to honor their father" she smirked

Torvil chuckled softly and stood. "Well then Surion, what do you want to do?"

Surion looked and blinked then grinned "Sur out!" he said with a grin

Torvil chuckled and moved over, taking Surion out of his highchair. "Okay now what?"

Surion pointed down "Down" he giggled

Torvil smiled and put him down, not thinking of the terror he could be unleashing upon the world.

Surion took hold of his hand and pulled heading out of the room

Torvil smiled and walked with him. "My you're quite the walker now..."

"Play" Surion grinned heading towards his room his father in tow

Ala chuckled and worked on cleaning up

Torvil chuckled. "Yay! Play!" He scooped Surion up in his arms laughing and running for Surion's room.

Surion giggled happily his blue hair moving in the breeze they made with their speed

Torvil chuckled and skidded to a stop in Surion's room. He dropped to his knees and put Surion down. "Growl!"

Surion tried to make his fiercest face "Grrrr" he said half of his face all scrunched up and his hands up fingers curled like they had claws

Torvil chuckled and growled for real, soft and low, a big grin on his face as he shows off his sharp finger nails.

Surion squealed and turned running into the room further

Torvil slowly got on all fours, slowly slinking forwards, his tail thrashing in the air quickly.

"Grrrr" Surion made his face again fingers up and curled, his tail swinging side to side

Torvil growled again, a little higher and a lot more playful, he bared his teeth and his eyes twinkled.

"Sur get... grrrr" Surion started to slink towards his father his own sharp teeth bared

Torvil grinned. "Torvil get Surrr...grrrwor..." He growled happily, his tail cracking in the air when he snapped it.

Surion kept moving closer walking as if stalking and growling both with his voice and the way his father did

Torvil couldn't help but chuckle mid growl. He smirked and shifted into pure dragon, his scales sucking in the light.

Surion's eyes stared at him and turn running and diving into his pile of stuffed dragons

Torvil slowly slunk forwards. "Surion..." His voice was a bit more raspy in this form.

Surion moved till he was squeezed behind his toy box but near the bottom of the pile waiting for his father to get closer

Torvil slowly started to root through the dragons with his head, his claws to either side so as to not damage the plushies.

Surion finished his trek behind the toy box and snuck around the far side only to pounce his father from behind growling playfully

Torvil let out a loud growling chuckle as he tail wrapped around Surion from behind and he lifted him up. He turned around and smiled, licking his muzzle. "Mmmm... Snack..."

Surion squirmed and squealed "Sur no snack" he said within that squeal

Torvil chuckled and put him down, moving quickly over him with a dragon grin. He started to lick Surion's face and growling happily.

Surion giggled lotsa putting his hands on his father's face to try and turn it

Torvil fought playfully with him, keeping up the licks before finally pulling his head away looking down at him.

"dada" Surion said with a grin

Torvil smiled. "Surion..." He growled happily and then purred. "Surion play more?"

Surion grinned and nodded "Sur play"

Torvil smiled and nuzzled him. "Mmmmm... What Sur play now?"

Surion held his arms out to his dad "Sur plane!"

Torvil smiled and reverted, scooping up Surion and rolling holding him above his head and making plane noises.

Surion giggled happily making plan noises too along with his father

Torvil grinned and flew him around for awhile.

Surion squealed happily "Apy Dada Day!" he cried out

Torvil smiled. "Yes! Yes it has been indeed!"

"Hug!" he said trying again to reach for his dad

Torvil smiled and lay him down atop him and hugged him close to him.

Surion clung happily to his father "Luv Dada"

Torvil smiled and kissed the top of his son's head. "Love you too Surion..."

"What do?" he asked looking up at his father still hugging him

Torvil smiled. "What Surion want do?" He chuckled softly

"Sur not know" he said his tail swinging happily

Torvil chuckled and kissed his head again. "Hmmm..." He let his tail poke Surion in the head and then fall to the ground softly.

Surion looked behind him curiously then back to his father "Out?"

Torvil chuckled softly and smiled. He sat up and grinned. "Okay..." He said, poking him in the head again.

Surion reached up trying to swat anything poking his head away

Torvil chuckled and his tail vanished from the area again. "Something pestering you?"

Surion whined and nodded "Bug Sur"

Torvil grinned and smirked. "Daddy knows what it is..."

"What is?" he asked looking around him

Torvil grinned and waved his tail slowly in Surion's face, the tip poking his nose.

Surion squealed grabbing the tail that was poking him

Torvil chuckled and grinned. "There it is..."

"Sur got" he said clinging tot he end of the tail

Torvil chuckled. "Yes, Sur got..." He smiled and walked out of the room towards the front door. "Where is your mother?"

"In the front room" Ala said

Surion leaned against his father holding the tail tightly in his hands

Torvil smiled and walked out, looking to Ala. "I'm taking Sur outside, want to come with?" he smiled. It was his day after all and wanted to spend some with his wife too...

"In a while, when Sur is down for his n-a-p" she said wanting him to have time with his son

Torvil nodded slowly and smiled weakly at her.

Ala smiled at him and sent him a message that should quiet him before she went back to the book she was reading

Surion reached one hand poking his father "Out?"

Torvil chuckled and grinned and then headed for the door. "Yeah... out..."

"Yay!" Surion grinned happily giving his mom a little wave before pointing for the door

Torvil looked very bemused as he walked out the door giving Surion a kiss on the cheek and waving to Ala as he walked out.

Surion looked back to his dad "Silly Dada" he giggled seeing his father's expression

Torvil smirked at Surion and nuzzled him. "Yes... Silly Dada..." He chuckled and put Surion down so he could run about.

Surion grinned still holding his father's tail and started off across the grass

Torvil chuckled and was forced to walk with his son as he was well... leashed.

Surion headed towards the side of the shop intent on walking around it

Torvil smiled and walked with him. "Where are you going Surion?" He smirked.

"Goig walk" he giggled still moving

Torvil smiled and kept walking. "Ah..." He grinned and walked a little faster, next to him.

Surion looked up at his father and pointed towards a familiar Balan basking in the sun ahead of them

Torvil smiled and looked at the Balan to check it's coloring.

Surion giggled and walked a little faster

Torvil smiled and whistled to Garion for a heads up. Garion's head perked up.

Surion grinned a hand reaching towards Garion as he approached, he thought Garion's fur was soft and wanted to play with it again
Garion chuckled at the child and sat patiently, though inside he was screaming to get away. Torvil grinned and waited for Surion to get to Garion.

Surion let go of Torvil's tail when he reached Garion and he buried his face into Garion's fur wrapping his arms as far around the balan's neck as he could
Garion started to purr softly when Surion did this. Torvil chuckled and smiled happily.

Surion looked up not letting go "Soft Dada" he said happily

Torvil smiled. "Yes he is..." Thanks... Garion replied.

Surion giggled and nuzzled Garion and petting him for a while longer before he let go standing up and looking around to see what he could do next
Garion smiled and purred happily, laying back down when Surion was done. Torvil watched Surion with a smile, his tail flicking about

Surion took off again no direction in particular around the front of the shop

Torvil grinned and walked with him quickly, not letting him out of his sight in an instant.

Surion stopped in front of one of the large picture windows standing on tippy toe and looking in

Torvil smiled and walked beside him. "Cool huh? This is where Daddy and mommy work... Maybe you will too someday..."

Surion looked up at him "Wrk?" he had a look of curiosity on his face

Torvil chuckled. "Not play, stuff you do to make money..." He chuckled softly.

Surion looked in again then lowered to his feet "Dada gogo" he said a slight whine to his voice

Torvil tilted his head. "Go where?"

Surion didn't replied instead the answer became obvious as his lip quivered and his pants became kinda... wet

Torvil nodded and walked over, patting his cheek. "I see, come, lets get you changed..."

Surion nodded "ucky" he whined

Torvil nodded. "Yep... Ucky..." He took Surion's hand and started walking back towards the house.

Surion walked with him unhappily

Torvil smiled softly and patted his cheek. "We'll get you all cleaned up and changed..."

"Otay Dada" he said tugging at the edge of his tunic with his free hand

Torvil smiled at his son and brushed his hair. "Good try though... Daddy should have figured..."

Surion nodded "Sur ucky" he said as they approached the house

Torvil nodded and picked Surion up, mindful of the wet. He entered and nuzzled Surion as he walked.

Surion clung to his father

Ala looked up hearing them enter

"Surion had an accident... My bad... I'm gonna get him changed..." He said softly as he moved past her.

Ala nodded "All right love" she said before looking down again

Torvil smiled and went to change Surion, but first, he put the boy in the bath.

"Baf?" Surion asked looking up his tail moving around behind him across the bottom of the tub

Torvil smiled and nodded. "Yep!" He turned on the water with a grin.

Surion grinned and leaned forward slapping his hands on the water as it filled the area around him

Torvil smiled and chuckled, leaning over the side of the tub his hands brushing Surion's hair.

Surion swished the water around in the tub as his father mussed with his hair, he liked water... a lot

Torvil smiled. "I see you are your mothers son..." he grinned and took this opportunity to do the same to Surion's Gem as he had to Ala all those long months ago.

Surion blinked and looked up at him "What Dada do?" he asked curiously

Torvil smiled as he finished the shield, then he 'tried' to flick Surion's gem, only to have his finger pushed back. "Good..."

Surion stared at his father blinking confusedly

Torvil smiled. "Just making Surion safe..." He patted his son's cheek and moved to get the soap.

Surion stared for a moment more then went back to playing with the water that surrounded his legs

Torvil smiled and let the water fill up before he started to pour it on Surion's head.

Surion giggled waving his hands in the water both around him and above him as it fell over his head

Torvil smiled and kept bathing him softly.

Surion giggled splashing a LOT of the water did not stay in the bathtub

Torvil chuckled and started to lather him up.

Surion didn't let up the splashing even as his father washed his skin and hair, he was having fun

Torvil laughed and rinsed him again. "Okay little man... It's time to dry off..."

Surion stopped and looked up at him "Dada dry too?"

Torvil chuckled. "Yeah... Dada dry too... cause you got me all wet..."

Surion giggled and extended his arms up to his father for up

Torvil smiled and lifted him up, putting him down and emptying the tub as he went for his hidden supply of fluffy towels.

Surion stood totally nakie and shivering and got tired of waiting and took off into the bedroom and then into the hall

Torvil turned and came back with the towels. "Hey! Get back here you little naked boy!"

Surion's giggle could be heard from half way across the house

Torvil bolted after him with the towel, dripping water himself.

Surion giggled and wiggled his way into a hidden corner in the back of the kitchen

Torvil started to sniff him out, a lot easier now cause he was clean, and smelled like soap.

Surion giggled from where he was 'hiding'

Torvil found him and smirked. "Got you!"

Surion giggled "Dada got!" he said his tail moving playfully behind him as he looked up at his dad

Torvil smiled and tossed the towel on him he wrapped him up and carried him back to his own room.

Surion giggled and squirmed in his father's grip

Torvil chuckled and once Surion was dry and in his room, he started about getting him dressed.

Surion pulled his blanket through the bars of the crib and curled into the pile of stuffed dragons with it

Torvil chuckled and smiled at him, grabbing some new undie for him and some pants, forgoing a shirt for now.

Surion watched his father move about his room

Torvil smiled and brought the clothes over. "Okay little dude... up..."

Surion sat up "Up" he said

Torvil smiled. "Stand..." he chuckled, moving over with the undies.

Surion pushed himself up to stand still holding his blanket

Torvil smiled and slowly slipped the clothes on him.

"On on on" Surion said holding his father's shirt as he got dressed

Torvil smiled and brushed his hair. "There..." He said finishing the snap on the pants.

Surion smiled and looked at himself for a moment before letting go of his dad and plopping back down on his bottom

Torvil smiled. "So now what little Surion?" He smiled.

Surion flopped back over into the stuffies with a soft yawn

Torvil smiled and brushed his hair softly, starting to hum.

Surion was soon asleep atop of the pile of stuffed animals curled with his blanket

Torvil smiled and stood up moving out of the room to find Ala.

Ala sat in the living room reading her book still

Torvil came up behind her and brushed her hair. "Surion's asleep..."

"In his crib?" she asked hearing his voice and looking up

"No... In his animals... I'll move him if you want me too... He's taking a nap..."

"Never know what he'll get into once he wakes if we don't hear him right away" she said

Torvil nodded and kissed the top of her head, heading back and putting Surion in his crib, wrapped up in his blankie.

Surion stirred only momentarily to roll over

Torvil smiled and brushed his hair. "Love you Surion..." He walked back out to Ala.
